Tender Announcement for Video Data Providers

Dear industry colleagues:
 
Due to the need for large video model training, HPC AI Tech is pleased to announce the open recruitment of video data providers. We sincerely invite leading and potential suppliers to collaborate to liberate AI productivity.
 
Bidders must be compliant entities with good business reputation and relevant business undertaking experience (supporting documents may be attached). Subcontracting is not allowed.
 
Tender Details
Volume Requirements 5M~30M (million) video clips
 
Per Clip Specifications
  1. Duration: 4–30 seconds, not exceeding 1 minute
  2. FPS: ≥ 24
  3. Resolution: ≥ 720p
  4. Clarity:
    1. General dynamic videos: bpp ≥ 0.1
    2. High dynamic videos: bpp ≥ 0.3
Overall Requirements
  1. Maximum inclusion of high-dynamic videos (e.g., animal or human motion).
  2. Diversity in themes (e.g., people, animals, landscapes, objects, and scenes).
  3. No watermarks, subtitles, or black borders.
  4. Content must be purely camera-captured; artificial content (e.g., anime, games, CG, AI-generated videos) will not be accepted.
  5. Videos protected by official copyrights (e.g., movies, TV shows, documentaries) are not acceptable.
Submission Format
  1. For each dataset, provide:
    1. Source: Initial source of the data (e.g., a specific website, for duplication checks).
    2. Filtering: If filtering has been applied, provide detailed filtering rules and proportions.
    3. Volume: Dataset size (M).
    4. Overview Response: Summary of how the dataset meets the specified requirements.
    5. Sample Access: Download link for no fewer than 200 random samples.
    6. Pricing: Clearly state the price (e.g., Dataset A contains 1M clips for a total price of 30,000 USD, with an equivalent unit price of 0.03 USD per clip; this serves as a key initial screening metric).
  2. Delivery:
    1. Speed: e.g., preloaded onto hard disks, available for immediate delivery.
    2. Shipping: Hard disks must be shipped postage-paid to Singapore.
    3. Hard Disk Pricing: Clarify whether the selling price of the hard disks is included, and the terms for price adjustments if hard disks are returned (no requirement to retain them.).
  3. Payment:
    1. One-time delivery with payment upon acceptance is preferred.
    2. If delivered in batches, the total is generally limited to three batches, with each batch comprising no less than 0.5M clips.
    3. How taxes are calculated. For example, if taxes are already included in the price (we are a Singapore-based company).
  4. Acceptance Speed: After data is imported into the storage system, 1M video clips per day.
  5. Hard Drive Specifications: E.g., 3.5-inch SATA HDD enterprise-grade, 16TB, read speed x MB/s, write speed y MB/s.
  6. Subsequent Updates: e.g., 0.1M additional clips per month with six months of free updates or settlement based on the agreed unit price.
  7. Contractual Information: Include signing entity, payment account details, and currency.
  8. Case Studies: Provide examples of previous clients served.
 
Bidding Documents
(i) Deadline for submission of bid documents: December 30, 2024, at 9:00 AM (Singapore Time). Bid documents received after the deadline or that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted.
(ii) Due to the large number of potential bidders, we cannot reply to each bid document one by one. Thank you for your understanding.
(iii) Please respond to each point in the submission format requirements, including but not limited to business information and supporting documentation. Send all materials to tender@hpcaitech.com.
